See it all, clearly! These images offer a tilted view, perfect for showcasing complex furniture layouts within your entire space. No more puzzling over flat floor plans.
An axonometric view is a three dimensional layout seen from above, with the walls cut down so nothing hides. It answers a question a perspective render cannot: how does the entire plan work? Circulation, adjacencies, density, how many people fit, where the collaboration zones land relative to the workstations, all of it readable at a glance.
Clients who cannot read a 2D floor plan can read an axo immediately, which makes it the most useful single image in most furniture presentations. Dealers use it to walk a committee through a bid, designers use it to show a phased plan or to compare two layout options on facing pages.
Whole floor and multi floor layouts, furniture plan approvals, phasing diagrams, space utilization studies, and any presentation where the audience needs to understand a plan rather than admire a corner of it. Pair it with an eye level custom environment rendering and you have covered both questions a client asks: how does it work, and how will it feel.
The furniture always has to come as 3D blocks. That part is not negotiable, because the accuracy of the image depends on the geometry of the pieces themselves. Send us a .dwg or .skp with the 3D furniture blocks in place.
The building is where we can be flexible. Ideally the same file includes the architecture in 3D, which gives us the fastest turnaround. A 2D AutoCAD plan of the building works well too, and we will build the third dimension from it. And if all you have for the space is a PDF, we can still do the job. Send it along with a few key dimensions so we can establish scale. This route takes a little longer since we model the shell from scratch, but it has never stopped a project.
In every case, include your finish selections and a note on orientation: which corner of the plan should be nearest the viewer, and whether you want the ceiling and walls fully removed or partially retained.
